User Data Deletion Instructions

1. Request deletion by email

Send a request to social@btsstudios.com with the subject Content Intelligence Data Deletion Request. Identify your account email, organization/client workspace, the connected platform (if any), and whether you want an account deletion, integration-data deletion, or deletion of particular uploaded files, previews, analysis results, or other records. Do not attach sensitive documents or passwords to your email.

2. Disconnect Google, Meta, and other services

Where the Service provides a Disconnect control, use it to revoke that integration. You may also revoke Google access in your Google Account connections settings. For Meta/Facebook, review connected business integrations in your Facebook settings and remove the app where available. Other providers, including Dropbox, offer app-access controls in their account settings. Revoking provider access prevents new API access once revocation takes effect; it does not necessarily delete information already imported into Content Intelligence.

3. What you may request to delete

Subject to your authority and applicable law, you can request removal of account information, OAuth tokens and connection records, imported Google Drive/Dropbox/Meta data, uploaded media, app-created thumbnails and previews, transcripts, generated concepts and analysis, and associated workspace records. You may request deletion of one connected source without necessarily deleting your entire workspace.

4. Verification and client authorization

We may verify your identity and confirm that you are authorized to request deletion for the relevant workspace or connected account. Where your employer or client controls the data, we may refer the request to its designated administrator or coordinate with that organization. We will not disclose another person’s information while verifying a request.

5. Processing and confirmation

We will acknowledge and process requests in accordance with applicable legal deadlines. Where a specific deadline applies, we will comply with it or explain any lawful extension or exception. After completing an eligible request, we will confirm the action or explain what information must be retained and why. We do not promise instant deletion or a universal fixed completion time.

6. Backups and exceptions

Deleted information may remain temporarily in protected backups until their ordinary expiry or replacement, and limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforceable contractual obligations. We restrict further use of retained information to the applicable purpose.

7. Meta user data deletion instructions

If you connected Facebook, Instagram, or another Meta service, you may remove the integration through the relevant Meta account settings and submit the email deletion request above. Include the relevant Meta account or Page identifier if known, but do not send passwords or access tokens. We will review and delete eligible Meta-derived information under applicable platform rules and law. This page provides user-facing deletion instructions; it is not a technical Meta data-deletion callback endpoint.

8. Other privacy rights
